Process
Starting your counselling journey can be difficult. It helps to know the process and what you might expect.
-
Our first point of call will be the initial consultation. We’ll have a phone call to discuss why you are coming to counselling at this moment and what you are looking for. The call will be a good opportunity for us to see if we fit well together.
-
If we decide to work together, sessions will be carried out on a weekly basis at the day/time agreed.
Each session lasts fifty minutes.
Both long-term and short-term therapy options can be offered, depending on what you need.
